Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are yet to arrive the polling unit of the gubernatorial candidate of the Labour Party, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, as at 8:24 am.
Gists9ja reports that Rhodes-Vivour is expected to vote at polling unit 045 in Anifowoshe, Ikeja, Lagos State.
However, security officers were on the ground as of the time of filing this report.
