The 2023 edition of the Anniversary of The WHITEHOUSE CHRISTIAN CENTRE took place on Sunday October 29, 2023 at the Church Headquarters auditorium
Alimosho Local Government in Lagos.
The event which had its theme as, “CHRIST , THE POWER OF GOD ” kicked off with Altar Prayer which was facilitated by Pastor (Mrs) Riches Okhai, the wife of the lead pastor in company of Pastor Lauretta.
With the atmosphere set for the presence of God, the Choir took a turn to Worship His Majesty. And just after the worship session , it was time to learn at the feet of the Lord with Wisdom School which was coordinated by Pastor Joy.
On the heels of Wisdom School , the choir took over with High Praise and Worship on a dancing galore. No one was in doubt that celebration was in the air with the superlative rendition of the choir, which was accompnied with different dance moves.
Then came with Victory Prayers segment which Pastor Riches Okhai. It was spiritually refreshing and desirable and God presence was heavy and awesome.
With beautiful array of testimonies depicting unbreakable and unfailing Love and Covenant of God every day in every way and the remarkable vision for the Church shared by the Lead Pastor, Dr Charles Okhai, everyone in attendance was mesmerized.
The event moved on smoothly as was planned and then it was soon time for Message. Pastor Charles Okhai, with great smiles on his face stepped on the podium to introduce and present to the congregation, the guest minister, Bishop Steven Ogedengbe .
Bishop Ogedengde is a renowned author, multiple Awards winner and the Presiding Bishop of Evangelical Wisdom Chapel, Lagos who had at a time served as board member and Director of Nicon Insurance PLC and Re Insurance PLC.
Delivering his prophetic message, Bishop Ogedengde remarked that one of the ways that the devil is using to rub many people of their blessings including Christians is through the spirit and power of diversion and urged the congregation to prayer against evil diversion of their blessings from God.
Citing example, how dedicated time to pray for someone who was in crisis at a time .But when it time to give a part of his land to church as was led in his heart by God; he then decided to offer first it another church which took only the counsel of general overseer of church for him to later give it to him as the Land which today has on it his Osapa London branch of his ministry.
