A revolutionary activist, Francis Nwapa, has raised the alarm that an activist, Khalid Aminu, might have been secretly relocated by the Department of State Services (DSS).
Nwapa, who took to his X account to raise the alarm, however warned that should anything happened to Khalid, activists and civic groups would occupy all DSS offices in Nigeria.
Aminu was arrested on August 3rd during the #EndBadGovernance nationwide protest against hunger and exacerbating insecurity under President Bola Tinubu administration.
He wrote: “There’s suspicion of possible disappearance of Khalid Aminu @KHALYD16 in the custody of @OfficialDSSNG, let it be clear that if anything happens to Khalid we shall occupy all DSS offices in Nigeria.
“He has been kept incommunicado since August 3rd. Release him Now!
“Daniel Akande has been incarcerated since 1st September after being abducted by @PoliceNG IRT in his church. Since then has not been arraigned in court. The lawless in Nigeria under the fascist regime of @officialABAT is an invitation to anarchy.
“We demand his immediate Release,” he said.
