
Anambra South Senatorial aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Sir Azuka Okwuosa (Chinyelugo), has extended warm greetings and heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim faithful in Anambra South Senatorial District as they join millions around the world to celebrate Eid el-Kabir 2025.
In a goodwill message released by his media team, Sir Okwuosa described Eid el-Kabir, also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, as a deeply significant occasion that reflects the virtues of obedience, faith, and devotion, commemorating the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son in obedience to God’s command.
“As you offer your sacrifices, I pray that Allah showers His divine blessings upon you and fulfills all your dreams this Eid and always,” he said. “May Allah grant you and your families happiness, good health, and lasting prosperity this season. I also wish you a joyful celebration filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.”
Sir Okwuosa also used the opportunity to reaffirm his commitment to the people of Anambra South, urging them not to waver in their support ahead of the forthcoming Senatorial bye-election.
“Be assured of our prayers as we enjoin you to remain steadfast in supporting our collective aspiration for victory in the Anambra South Senatorial bye-election. Our victory will mark a turning point in alleviating the economic hardships and pains faced by our people,” he stated.
Expressing gratitude to his supporters, he added: “Thank you for your unwavering support and belief in my political journey over the years.”
He concluded his message with a heartfelt greeting: “Eid Mubarak!”
