According to DAILY POST, Hull City are close to securing the signing of Super Eagles defender Semi Ajayi.
Ajayi is currently a free agent following his departure from Sky Bet Championship side West Bromwich Albion, after the club opted not to extend his contract, bringing his six-year spell to an end.
The centre-back struggled with recurring hamstring issues last season, restricting him to just 15 appearances for West Brom.
According to Hull Daily Mail, Hull City are eager to strengthen their defence with an experienced centre-back and see Ajayi as a valuable addition.
During his time at Albion, Ajayi featured in 177 matches, scoring 13 goals and providing three assists.
