Enugu- A Political Support Group, Igbo Arise Support Group for Tinubu/Shettima has thrown its weight behind the any decision of the President and the Vice President to seek re-election.
The noted the the joint ticket of Tinubu/Shettima for the 2027 presidential election is a ticket of Nigeria First and consistent new progressive frontiers.
In a statement on Thursday at Best Western Hotel Enugu, the Group’s Convener who addressed A World Press Conference through the National Coordinator, Comrade Michael Iroakazi, described Tinubu/Shettima as a Perfect Ticket that is working well for the Progress, Unity and development of Nigeria. The Group described the ticket as that of continuity hinged on loyalty, understanding and service.
Urging the party leadership to continue to fly the ticket.
The Group said the combination of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice President, Senator Kashim Shetima, is undoubtedly, the best Combination in Nigeria today as the Vice President has shown that his loyalty and support for the President is unrivalled, which is why this administration is not afraid of taking the bull by the horn in making difficult, but developmental decisions, which when sustained will reform the entire institutions of governance in Nigeria and place the whole country on a sustainable part of national development.
The Group maintained that Tinubu/Shettima administration is arguably the best administration that has governed Nigerian since the inception of democracy in Nigeria from 1999. This is because so many important decisions have been taken by the administration,though they are difficult ones,which were avoided by successive regimes before now but will surely put the Nation back on the path of sustainable development.
The Group also highlighted some of the key Achievements of the Administration and urged Ndi Igbo to be part of the new Movement for a progressive Nigeria.
“Our brothers and sisters of Igbo extraction, we are appealing to all of you to join the moving train as our development as a people is more paramount to us in the politics of this country,Nigeria which is why we are talking to the world this tiday with the theme “AHAMUEFULA” a sure part of renewed hope for Ndi-Igbo for Tinubu/Shettima as our choice for the 2027 Presidential Election”.
