Controversial auto dealer, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, has opened up about the emotional toll of being separated from his children for over three years.
Speaking on The Honest Bunch podcast, IVD revealed that since the tragic death of his wife, Bimbo, in a fire incident, he has had no contact with their five children — not even a phone call.
“They took my five kids. I haven’t seen them in over three years. I don’t even know how they are doing. I don’t speak to them on the phone,” he said, describing the situation as heartbreaking.
Now preparing to marry relationship therapist Blessing Okoro, widely known as Blessing CEO, IVD said he has finally found peace — a feeling he claims to be experiencing for the first time in his life.“I have never felt this kind of peace before,” he stated.
Addressing rumours of infidelity, IVD firmly denied ever being unfaithful in his previous relationship, stating emphatically:
“God forbid. I swear with my life — I never cheated on her.”
