In a vibrant show of solidarity and party strength, Sir Azuka Okwuosa (Chinyelugo), the All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial Candidate for Anambra South in the upcoming August 16th bye-election, joined the APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Owelle Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma), and his running mate, Senator Uche Ekwunife, PhD (Iyom), at the grand finale of their statewide Thank You Tour held in Ukpor, Nnewi South.
Arriving with a powerful contingent of his campaign team and enthusiastic supporters, Okwuosa urged the people of Nnewi South and beyond to rally behind the APC, emphasizing that the party’s victory in both the senatorial and gubernatorial elections is “non-negotiable.”
Speaking to the cheering crowd, Okwuosa passionately stated, “The wind of Ikukuoma will blow stronger when I emerge as your senator and Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu becomes your governor. Insecurity will become history in Anambra State.”
He further declared that it is time for Anambra South to produce the next governor, calling on the electorate to vote APC on both August 16 and November 18, 2025. According to him, an APC-led government in the state and at the Senate level would deliver lasting development and security.
To further energize the grassroots, Okwuosa donated ₦2 million to the APC Nnewi South chapter, promising an additional ₦10 million if both he and Ukachukwu emerge victorious in their respective races.
The event marked a major boost for the APC ahead of the crucial elections, with Okwuosa describing the party’s victory as “sacrosanct and inevitable.”
As the campaign momentum builds, APC supporters say the synergy between Okwuosa and Ukachukwu is a sign of renewed hope and unity for the people of Anambra State.
