A Kibera-based businessman, Benard, has found himself in hot legal waters after being accused of rap ing a woman who had earlier sent him an explicit video.
The shocking case, which was heard at the Kibera Law Courts, has left many in disbelief. According to court documents, the woman sent the adult video to Mr. Benard and later showed up at his place of work.
