Cynthia Morgan Urges Singer’s Wife to ‘Free Tuface’

Former Nigerian dancehall star Cynthia Morgan has stirred controversy online after criticizing Natasha Osawaru, wife of music icon 2Baba (formerly known as 2Face Idibia), accusing her of allegedly coercing the singer into making a public apology.

In an Instagram story, Cynthia Morgan expressed concern for the music legend, urging Nigerians to keep him in their prayers while questioning the motive behind his sudden public apology.

The apology followed a recent interview that triggered widespread reactions across social media platforms.

Taking a swipe at Natasha Osawaru, Cynthia Morgan wrote, “You can’t purge a man like Tuface into monogamy overnight.

”She went further to question 2Baba’s religious stance, asking whether he identifies as a Christian or considers himself a church leader.

Referring to 2Baba’s age and personal history, Morgan added: “At 49, with 7 kids from 3 women, are we surprised he thinks he’s polygamous in nature? I’m not.

”She concluded her message with a call for prayers and a pointed biblical reference, further emphasizing her concern for the singer’s well-being.

“Pray for Tuface. Someone said he deserves it. Indiscipline truly brings shame — Proverbs 29:15. Free Tubaba.”
