A woman was publicly paraded after being allegedly caught stealing more than 50 tins of sardines, which she had hidden inside two large bags.
A viral TikTok video captured the moment she was tied to a door by residents to prevent her from fleeing, while bystanders filmed and shared the footage online.
The video also showed the stolen items—numerous tins of sardines stuffed into two backpacks. The woman could be seen pleading as locals prepared to hand her over to the police.
