The home-based Super Eagles have arrived in Dar es Salaam ahead of their last group-stage fixture against Congo at the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Eric Chelle’s men will face the Congolese in a dead-rubber encounter scheduled for next Tuesday at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
Nigeria has already been knocked out of the tournament after back-to-back defeats — a 1-0 loss to defending champions Senegal in their opener, followed by a 4-0 thrashing by Sudan.
The team will be aiming to salvage some pride by securing maximum points in their final outing.
