A Florida woman has revealed she has spent more than £75,000 transforming her appearance through years of cosmetic surgery and body modification, insisting she has no plans to stop.
Anakaliyah Mooi, 29, said her cosmetic journey began immediately after she turned 18 with a breast augmentation, fulfilling a promise she had made to herself as a teenager.
“I told myself that as soon as I turned 18, I was getting a boob job,” she said. “That was the very first thing I did.”
Since then, she has undergone an extensive list of procedures, including four breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, veneers, butt fillers, rib removal, and a controversial waist-contouring procedure. Despite the dramatic changes, Anakaliyah insists she was never unhappy with her natural appearance.
“I’ve spent a little over £75,000 on plastic surgery and I’m not done,” she said. “People say I look like an airbag because of my boobs, but I actually like looking exaggerated. I’ve always loved myself, I just believe there’s always room for improvement.”
Growing up in what she described as a conservative Catholic household, Anakaliyah said she always admired exaggerated fictional beauty icons rather than natural looks.
She credits cartoon characters Jessica Rabbit and Betty Boop as her biggest inspirations.
“I want to be a walking, living fantasy,” she explained. “I consider my body a work of art. To me, it’s a true expression of beauty.”
Standing at 5ft 3¾in and weighing 114 pounds, Anakaliyah has increased her bust from an A-cup to a 34H after four breast augmentation surgeries.
Her latest operation involved expandable implants that can be adjusted over time. The implants now measure 2,070cc, weigh about eight pounds, and reportedly cost around £9,100.
“I’m permanently carrying around £9,100 worth of implants,” she joked.
Her current body measurements are a 23-inch waist, 41-inch hips, and a 34H bust, although she hopes to reduce her waist even further to 22 inches.
However, Anakaliyah admitted that her enhanced figure has created practical challenges in her daily life.
“There are certain clothes I just can’t wear anymore,” she said. “My girls are way bigger than some dresses. Sometimes there’s too much spillage and it attracts unwanted attention.”
She added that while the implants have never caused her pain, they have made shopping for clothes more difficult.
“They’ve never been painful. They’re just inconvenient because I have to buy stretchy clothes that fit my shape.”
Beyond breast surgery, Anakaliyah also underwent rib removal before travelling to Peru in September 2025 for a controversial body-contouring procedure known as RibXcar.
Unlike traditional rib removal, the RibXcar procedure partially fractures selected ribs before patients wear a corset throughout recovery to gradually reshape the waist.
“I wanted the higher ribs done because most doctors only work on ribs 10, 11 and 12, which I’d already had removed,” she explained.
The procedure reportedly lasted between 30 and 45 minutes, after which she remained in Peru for 10 days during recovery.
Although interest in so-called “Barbie waist” surgeries has reportedly grown in 2026, medical experts have expressed concerns about the lack of long-term evidence regarding the safety of rib contouring procedures.
Potential risks associated with such surgeries include collapsed lungs (pneumothorax), nerve irritation, and complications with rib healing.
Anakaliyah believes successful results depend heavily on proper aftercare.
“About 70 per cent of your results come from wearing your corset properly, following your diet and taking care of yourself afterwards,” she said.
She later underwent another procedure known as FrontXrib surgery to correct a rib flare, describing the recovery as significantly more painful than her previous rib removal.
“Rib removal was so easy. I was sore for about two weeks and that was it,” she recalled.
“This recovery has been much harder. I still can’t twist properly, and if I stretch I still feel pain.”
In addition to cosmetic surgery, Anakaliyah has embraced body modification by having a silicone “thumb spine” implant placed beneath the skin of her thumb.
“A lot of people don’t even notice it,” she said. “I love how different it looks.”
Looking ahead, she plans to undergo even more procedures, including a lip lift, additional facial sculpting, and larger, anime-inspired eyes.
Financing her transformation has required major personal sacrifices.
Anakaliyah, who has worked as an OnlyFans content creator for the past five years, said she avoids spending money on luxury items, travelling, or alcohol because nearly all of her disposable income goes toward surgery.
“I don’t really live a luxurious lifestyle,” she said. “I save almost everything for surgery. My priorities right now are paying off my house and my plastic surgery.”
Sharing her transformation online has earned her a mix of devoted supporters and harsh critics, with many mocking her appearance and comparing her breasts to airbags.
She believes much of the criticism comes from other women.
“Mostly the negative comments come from women,” she said. “That actually makes me sad because I think women should uplift each other. Everyone looking the same would be boring.”
Rather than becoming upset by the comments, she says she has learned to laugh at them.
“When people call me an airbag, I joke that at least if I ever get into an accident, I’ll have something to protect me,” she said.
Although she estimates she is now “about 90 per cent complete,” Anakaliyah admits she is unlikely to ever stop pursuing cosmetic procedures.
“Will I ever stop getting plastic surgery?” she said. “That’s a good question. I can honestly tell you probably not. Eventually ageing is going to happen, and there will probably be plastic surgery to fix those problems. So no, I don’t think I’ll ever stop having plastic surgery.”
