Drama As Brave Salesgirl Locks Armed Robber Inside Store After Outsmarting Him [VIDEO]

A quick-thinking salesgirl in South Africa has earned widespread praise online after she reportedly outsmarted an armed robber by locking him inside the store he allegedly entered to rob.

CCTV footage circulating on social media captures the tense moment the armed man entered the retail outlet, apparently intending to steal cash and other valuables.

Instead of panicking or confronting the suspect, the salesgirl reportedly maintained her composure and carefully stepped outside the premises.

She then swiftly shut the store’s glass entrance and locked the door from the outside, leaving the alleged robber trapped inside.

Realising that his escape route had been blocked, the man is seen in the footage pacing around the seemingly empty shop as he attempts to figure out how to get out.

The employee’s quick thinking has since attracted admiration from social media users, with many praising her composure and ability to turn a potentially dangerous situation around without directly confronting the armed suspect.

The video has continued to generate reactions online, with viewers describing the salesgirl’s actions as a remarkable display of presence of mind under pressure.
