There were mixed feelings on Wednesday morning in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, after a yet-to-be-identified newborn baby was reportedly found dead.
The child’s lifeless body was founder under the bridge at the Uncle Joe area in Mokola, wrapped with black polythene.
There are speculations that the body might have been dropped on the spot early Wednesday before the arrival of passersby.
Security operatives are yet to confirm the sad development as of reporting time.
