Petroleum Workers Stages Protest At Commission’s Office Following Non-Payment Of Salaries – [Photos]

The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) staff stormed the head office of the commission in Abuja on Tuesday to protest the non-payment of their salaries.

Gists9ja understands that the petroleum workers appeared at the NUPRC office wielding placards with different inscriptions as they chanted solidarity songs demanding the release of their seven months’ salaries.

They also called on the management to remit their pension appropriately.
