The Supreme Court has dismissed Peter Obi’s case against President Bola Tinubu’s election.
Obi, Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election, had dragged Tinubu before the Supreme Court following the outcome of the tribunal on September 6.
The Supreme Court, however, threw out all issues raised by Obi against Tinubu’s election.
