Commissioner Paul Nwosu Holds APGA Rally In Ogbaru [Photos]

Yesterday 3rd of February, the Commissioner of Information, Sir Paul Nwosu convened a rally of Ogbaru APGA 16 Wards with each of their 24 executives in attendance. It was the first major meeting in the year and since the last APGA Convention which ushered in the LG and Wards executives.

According to him the objectives of the rally are fourfold:

1. To wish themselves Happy New Year, sit together to eat and drink, and bond as one political family.
2. An opportunity to showcase their Speaker, Rt. Hon. Somto Udeze whose election into office was made possible by Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR.
3. To remind APGA members that politicking has started in earnest. They should therefore be vigilant and mindful of their opponents who are already prowling the political space, looking for Ndi APGA to poach. He advised them to stand firm because they have the Governor and Government in power. More importantly, they have a Governor who loves Ndi Ogbaru. This is evident when he started work in Ogbaru by awarding the first set of roads, hospitals, solar lights, pipe borne water, etc
4. He said it was also an occasion for some opposition politicians whom he has been discussing with to openly declare their intentions to formerly join APGA.

Present at the landmark event were the State Party Chairman, Chief Ifeatu Okoye, the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somto Udeze, Local Government Party Chairman, Pastor Onochie Obiora and his Working Committee as well as major stakeholders of the Party in Ogbaru.
