They Carried Us To Their Head, Shekau To Be Punished For Reading The Bible And God Did A Miracle - Chibok Schoolgirl [Video]

One of the Chibok schoolgirls liberated from Boko Haram, Jummai Mutah, spoke of an incident that happened while she was a captive in Sambisa forest.

Mutah said in a video that Channels TV just uploaded to YouTube that she read the Bible every day while in captivity. She and the other twenty-one detainees were allegedly accused of trying to dissuade people from following Boko Haram’s faith, she added. They were all twenty-two of them, she added, and the Boko Haram members had brought them before the late Shekau, the group’s leader, to be punished for reading the Bible; but, a miracle had been performed. The only thing Shekau stated, according to her, was that they couldn’t be Christians in the camp.

In Mutah’s words: “They carried us to Shekau to punish us for reading a bible and God did a miracle and he said he didn’t want us to do Christian religion in Sambisa. He said when we want our parents he would talk to the government to come and collect us”.
