A 49-year-old widow, Dorothy Dike and her son, Osinachi Ndukwe wept profusely as their vehicle which they acquired for N1.8.million on hire purchase, was being auctioned for N450,000.
According to a social media user, who knows them further explained how the incident occured.
“The young man (Osinachi Ndukwe) recently came out of prison, he also just lost his daughter & now this; To make matters worse the vehicle being auctioned by the govt was bought on hire purchase which he’s yet to complete the payment. The Lagos State govt should’ve helped ’em.”
