Nigerian-made Monkeypox kits meet WHO standards – Minister

With current developments in research and the breakthrough achieved in locally made kits for monkeypox that meet the World Health Organization’s standard, Minister of State for Health, Joseph Ekumankama has expressed confidence in the ability of Nigeria to respond to public health challenges and combat disease spread.

The Minister disclosed this during a working visit to the Nigeria Institute of Medical Research in Lagos State, South-West Nigeria.
