Festus Keyamo Opens Up, Reacts to Allegations Against Tinubu after His Visit to Ondo State

Festus Keyamo, Chief Spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Electoral Council, denied allegations that the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, intended to sabotage the Yoruba people’s self-determination movement, reports Punch NG.

Keyamo was reacting to claims by Professor Banji Akintoye, leader of the Iran Omo-Odua movement, that Tinubu was using some members of the movement to destroy the struggle for Yoruba ethnicity in the interests of his presidential ambition.

The Minister of Labour and Employment also rejected Akintoye’s accusation that Tinubu was trying to use some members of the movement to destroy the Yoruba people’s struggle for self-determination.

Keyamo said he was not sure if the former Lagos State governor would attend the Ilan Omo Oodua World Congress scheduled to hold in Ibadan today.

The minister warned the professor to stop behaving like a spokesman for the Yoruba people, saying no one had made him a spokesman for the South West people.
