Nigerian Popular human rights advocate and lawyer, Mr. Abakpa Adoyi Matthew, has said that it will be exceedingly to bring charges against Nigerian Singer, David Adeleke popular know as Davido and domestic employees who looked after his kid, Ifeanyi, who drowned in a swimming pool on Monday.
Abakpa Adoyi Matthew is from Port Harcourt.
Abakpa in his opinion said Singer Davido need to be charged with a crime for exposing Ifeanyi, his 3-year-old son to a swimming pool, which he deemed to be extremely hazardous for a child of that age.
According to evidence made available to everybody and social media,, he said, domestic employees did not commit the claimed crime with the intention of doing so.
“No criminal offence was committed by Those employees. Everybody saying this because Davido is popular celebrity in the country and the world. If this happens in anybody house that is not well know in society, would you hold anyone liable?”, he said.
