[Photos] Opening ceremony of national sports festival

The National Sports Festival has been declared open in Delta State on Wednesday by the sports minister, Sunday Dare, who represented the President, Muhammadu Buhari.

The opening ceremony was held at the Stephen Keshi stadium Asaba.
