A former Nigerian lawmaker, Shehu Sani has said that many women in the north vote for whoever their husbands support.
He made this known on his Twitter page on Tuesday.
Sani also noted that the northern women are the most solid group of voters.
He wrote,”Women are the most solid group of voters in Northern Nigeria.Their queue is longer than the men’s queue in most places.
“However, many vote for the choices of their husbands.The single ones vote for where they are hopeful.”
