Professor that was allegedly accused of manipulating presidential results for the ruling party, the All Progressive Congress, APC is dead.
Prof. Felix Akpan of the Political Science department of the University of Calabar who allegedly manipulated the presidential election results for APC found dead in his Apartment.
Gists9ja learnt that the man was found with multiple stab wounds on his body, which is believed he was murdered by hoodlums.
Nigerian had on the 25th of February 2023 went to the polls to elect their next leaders. In the presidential section, the election have three major candidates, which is Atiku Abubakar of the People Democratic Party, Ahmed Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress, APC and Peter Obi of Labor Party.
Peter Obi however had support of Nigerian youths who go out that day to votes massively for him.
But the Independent National Electoral Commission, on March 1sth declared APC candidates, Bola Ahmed Tinubu winner, Labor Party, and PDP has accused INEC of manipulation and have dragged the commission and the President elect to election petition tribunal.
