Elegushi of Ikateland Oba Saheed Elegushi on Thursday took to his social media to share photos of his time playing golf with the Iyalode of Lagos Bintu Tinubu.
The Iyalode hosted a golf kitty and dinner at Ikoyi Golf Club in Lagos in celebration of her 80th birthday.
While the monarch showed up for the game in a blue polo and white trousers, the celebrant turned up in all white.
Oba Elegushi revealed in his Instagram post that he and Tinubu both enjoy playing the game early in the morning.
He said, “I had the pleasure of playing with Alh. Bintu-Fatima Tinubu’s (Iyalode of Lagos) at her 80th Birthday Golf Kitty & Dinner at Ikoyi Golf Club in Lagos.”
Mama and I both enjoy playing golf in the early morning, and she’s always on the course by 6 am whenever she plays. Happy 80th birthday, Iyalode!”
