Former Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai, has visited Borno State Governor, Umaru Babagana Zulum, in Maiduguri, the state capital.
The two chieftains of the All Progressives Congress (APC) were captured in a photo during the visit.
