BREAKING: House Of Reps Member Dumps PDP For APC [VIDEO]

Sulaiman Abubakar Gumi, the representative for Gummi/Bukkuyum Federal Constituency in Zamfara State, has officially left the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaker Tajudeen Abbas made the announcement during Wednesday’s House session, reading Gumi’s letter of defection aloud.

Gumi explained that his decision was due to ongoing internal issues within the PDP, which have disrupted the party’s structure in his constituency. “In Gummi/Bukkuyum Federal Constituency, the PDP has two chairmen; one was removed without following due process, and the other has defected alongside me.

This lack of structure has hindered my ability to effectively represent my constituents and deliver the benefits of democracy,” he said.
