NNPP Founder Dr. Boniface Aniebonam Announces Upcoming BoT Meeting Following Court Ruling
Dr. Boniface Aniebonam, founder and life member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), revealed on Tuesday that the party’s BoT will meet on November 8, 2024, to discuss the implications of a recent court ruling that mandates the board to take over the party’s management.
The Abia High Court decision, which directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to transfer the party’s leadership to Aniebonam’s BoT, marks a pivotal change in NNPP’s leadership structure. This ruling officially places Aniebonam and his team in charge of the party’s strategic direction.
