Popular socialite and entrepreneur Okechukwu Pascal, widely known as Cubana Chiefpriest, has accused Grammy award-winning artist Burna Boy of allegedly planning to harm him and his family.
The allegation arose after Burna Boy reportedly shared a video showing someone driving through Chiefpriest’s neighborhood in Ikoyi, Lagos, accompanied by an eye symbol. Interpreting this as a threat, Chiefpriest expressed concerns about potential harm to his family.
In a social media post, the celebrity barman confronted Burna Boy, questioning his intentions. He warned against any action that could endanger his loved ones and revealed that he had already informed the Nigerian Police about the situation.
Chiefpriest wrote:
“This is my neighborhood in Ikoyi. You drive past my house recording with an eye symbol. Are you watching to shoot me or abduct my family? This is childish.
“Dog wey dey bite no dey bark. I’m an Aba boy, and we fight to the finish. Anybody crossing my lane that day will fall. Nothing must happen to my family. This is Ikoyi, not Ikate. The @nigerianpolice already has the intel, so I’m ready.”
Chiefpriest’s allegations have sparked discussions across social media platforms, with fans and followers calling for calm between the two prominent figures. The Nigerian Police have yet to release an official statement regarding the matter.
