Controversial media personality Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, has expressed renewed hope in Nigeria under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership.
He stated that the President’s policies have provided citizens with a sense of optimism, urging Nigerians to exercise patience as Tinubu tackles deep-rooted national challenges.
Speaking in an interview with Nigeria Info FM, Lagos, Daddy Freeze said, “With President Bola Tinubu, I don’t think Nigeria is in trouble. I was scared initially, but I’m seeing the work he is doing in the power sector.
“Nigeria is like a big overloaded tipper with a faulty engine. Any mechanic brought in to fix it will struggle. The leadership is that mechanic.”
He acknowledged the complexity of Nigeria’s problems and cautioned against expecting instant solutions from any administration.
“I was worried initially, but with the way this government has handled things so far, I am beginning to believe that we finally have hope in this country,” he concluded.
