Renowned media personality and lifestyle influencer, Toke Makinwa, has shared candid thoughts about marriage and relationships, revealing a surprising openness to polygamy.
Speaking on a recent episode of her widely followed podcast, Toke Moments, the media entrepreneur said she would not mind being in a polygamous marriage, even if it means becoming a second, third, fourth, or fifth wife.
“At this point in my life, if I have the opportunity to marry again, as a second, third, fourth or fifth wife, I will take it,” she stated.
Toke, who has often used her platform to discuss relationships, personal growth, and mental health, highlighted the importance of prioritizing one’s peace of mind. She noted that many women endure emotional struggles in marriages, and emphasized that mental wellness should never be compromised in the name of societal expectations.
