Socialite Bobrisky has slammed Nigerian politicians in the wake of the tragic loss of nearly 200 lives in Yelwata, Benue State.
This comes after reports revealed that over 200 people were killed in an attack allegedly carried out by suspected herdsmen.
Posting on his Instagram Stories, the crossdresser highlighted the irony that lawmakers quickly convened a meeting last year over allegations that he didn’t serve his sentence in a regular prison cell after being convicted for spraying naira notes, yet have remained silent amid the recent mass killings.
He pointed out that the same senators and House of Representatives members who were swift to react to his prison saga have failed to speak out or take action regarding the tragic loss of lives in Benue State.
Bobrisky wrote:
“Senators and House of Representatives didn’t call an urgent meeting over the killings happening in Benue… but they can rush to hold one when it concerns Bobrisky. Shame!!!! Shame!!!! Shame!!!
”He added:“What a disgraceful country.”
