Farotimi had taken to X (formerly Twitter) to describe Wike as the “poster boy of Nigeria’s political failure,” calling him selfish, arrogant, and out of touch. He even accused Wike of being “narcissistic, parasitic, and gluttonous.”
But Olayinka didn’t stay silent. In a fiery clapback, he slammed Farotimi for what he called “confused activism mixed with personal bitterness.”
He wrote:
