In the now-viral video, Liberian President Joseph Boakai expresses his desire to partner with the United States in promoting regional stability and preventing conflict.

Following their interaction, Donald Trump questioned Joseph Boakai’s educational background, referencing his English accent.
“You speak well. Where did you learn to speak such beautiful English? Where were you educated?” Trump asked.
In response, Boakai explained that he received his education in Liberia, prompting Trump to compliment his accent.
Notably, Joseph Boakai attended the College of West Africa, one of Liberia’s most prestigious secondary schools, and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Liberia in 1972.
