Chelsea Football Club has officially announced the departure of Serbian goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic, who has completed a permanent transfer to fellow Premier League side Bournemouth.
The Blues confirmed the move in a statement released via their official website on Wednesday.
Petrovic, who joined Chelsea from Major League Soccer side New England Revolution in the summer of 2023, made a handful of appearances during his time at Stamford Bridge, serving mainly as backup to the first-choice keeper.
Chelsea expressed gratitude to Petrovic for his contributions and wished him the best in his next chapter with Bournemouth.
