Renowned businessman Simon Guobadia has reportedly filed a $500,000 lawsuit against his ex-wife, Porsha Williams, over alleged defamation.
According to court documents, Guobadia is accusing Williams of making suggestive Instagram posts in July 2024 that implied he suffers from erectile dysfunction—despite not mentioning him by name.
The lawsuit claims the posts severely damaged Guobadia’s reputation, resulted in the loss of business opportunities, and caused him significant emotional distress.
This legal action follows their highly publicized divorce, during which Simon was ordered to pay Porsha $40,000 monthly in alimony and allow her continued residence in their Atlanta mansion.
