The request, made in 2023, was driven by Brooke’s concerns over the individuals surrounding her father and possible financial conflicts following his death.
Although she chose to be removed from the will, Brooke is still set to receive a small amount through a life insurance trust, which she intends to reserve for her children’s future college expenses.
