Roland Mehrez Beainy, co-owner of the Trump Burger chain, has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for allegedly overstaying his visa.
Reports indicate that Beainy was taken into custody in May 2025. On June 13, an immigration judge granted him bail, and his case is still pending.

Beainy entered the United States in 2019 on a non-immigrant visitor visa but failed to leave by the required date of February 12, 2024.
Trump Burger, known for its Donald Trump-themed branding, held the grand opening of its latest location on April 19 at 3410 Chimney Rock Road in Houston. This is the fourth outlet in the Houston area, joining branches in Kemah, Bellville, and Flatonia.
