According to Vanguard, UGHELLI — Tension gripped residents of the Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State on Wednesday after a man allegedly attempted to steal a two-month-old baby.
The swift intervention of vigilant neighbours led to the rescue of the child and the arrest of the suspect, who was handed over to the police.
