Hamas has responded to the United States’ strike on Iran’s nuclear sites.
On Saturday night, Trump declared that the United States had successfully destroyed Iran’s nuclear facilities at three key sites.
In response, the Palestinian armed group issued a strong condemnation of the strike but voiced confidence in Iran’s ability to defend its sovereignty.
“The United States’ assault on Iran represents a grave escalation, a reckless submission to the occupiers’ agenda, and a blatant breach of international law.
We express our unwavering support for Iran, its leadership, and its citizens, and affirm our strong confidence in Iran’s capacity to protect its sovereignty,” the statement read.
