The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, has reduced its premium motor spirit price.
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has lowered the pump price of petrol from ₦945 to ₦910 per litre at its retail outlets in Abuja, including locations in Zone 6, Kubwa Expressway, and Wuse Zone 4.
This move comes just days after Dangote Refinery cut its ex-depot price to ₦840 per litre, sparking a price war among marketers.
As a result, some independent stations are now selling petrol between ₦930 and ₦940 per litre in Abuja, and as low as ₦890 in Lagos.
