The drama between fast-rising Nollywood stars escalated after Porsh Precious called out Chinelo Rita for allegedly betraying her during a difficult period in 2024 — effectively ending their seven-year friendship.
This comes shortly after Chinelo Rita publicly criticized fellow actress Ruby Ojiakor for failing to sympathize with her over the loss of her sister.
In a series of emotional Instagram posts, Porsh Precious recounted a painful experience from 2024, revealing that she was seriously ill and in urgent need of financial help for medical treatment.
During that difficult time, she alleged that Chinelo betrayed her by speaking negatively about her to mutual friends and attempting to damage her reputation.“It felt like she was just waiting for the right moment to bring me down.
She went to the friends I introduced her to and badmouthed me — trying to destroy the brand and name I’ve worked so hard to build over the years,” Porsh stated.She added that she’s still healing from the ordeal and has chosen to leave the matter in God’s hands.
Porsh Precious also addressed Chinelo directly, urging her to stop attacking actress Ruby Ojiakor online and instead mourn her late sister respectfully.
“Rather than dragging someone online, you should focus on mourning your sister in peace. Pay attention to those who supported you, and forget about those who didn’t,” she said.
