A Nigerian woman and her friend were apprehended in Abeokuta after allegedly attempting to pay for a salon service with a fake bank transfer.
The incident was made public by X (formerly Twitter) user @aunoluwapo243, who shared a video of the confrontation with the stylist.
In the clip, the hairstylist can be heard accusing the suspect of making a fraudulent transfer after completing her hair. Despite the lady’s attempts to defend herself, the stylist insisted on receiving proper payment.
The video quickly circulated online, sparking widespread reactions from social media users who condemned the act.
