The President, Muhammad Buhari on Tuesday has signed the 2023 Appropriation Bill passed by the National Assembly in December.
The National Assembly had increased the budget spending by N1.33 trillion from the proposed N20.51 trillion to N21.83 trillion.
This is the last budget to be signed by Buhari as Nigeria’s president.
