A man has reportedly been apprehended after allegedly killing a young woman and remaining in the same residence with her corpse for several days in Enugu State.
The disturbing incident reportedly occurred around Agbani Road, Enugu, where the man was said to have been discovered after allegedly keeping the deceased woman’s body inside the premises.
According to reports, the suspect claimed that he killed the woman because he believed she was attempting to infect him with HIV.
The allegation, however, remains the suspect’s account, and it was not immediately clear whether the deceased had been medically confirmed to have HIV or whether there was any evidence supporting the claim.
