Former Miss Taraba, Comfort Williams, has died suddenly at the age of an undisclosed number.
Williams reportedly passed away on Monday, November 2, 2026, although the circumstances surrounding her death have not been made public.
The former beauty queen was serving as the Assistant Managing Director of an event management company, Prime Planet, before her demise.
Her death was announced by the management of the company in an official condolence statement, in which she was described as a beloved former queen and a valued member of the organisation.
The statement expressed deep sorrow over her passing, noting that her contributions and memories would remain cherished by the Prime Planet family.
“This heartbreaking loss has left us deeply devastated. She was not just a member of our organisation but an important part of the Prime Planet family whose presence, contributions, and memories will forever remain in our hearts,” the statement read.
The company further said it found comfort in the beautiful memories Williams left behind despite the pain of losing her.
“Though words cannot adequately express the pain of losing someone so dear to us, we take solace in the beautiful memories she leaves behind,” it added.
The statement concluded with a tribute to the late former queen, saying she would remain part of the Prime Planet family and would be deeply missed.
“You will forever remain a part of the Prime Planet family. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen,” the statement said.
It was also gathered that Williams updated her Facebook cover photo two days before her reported death.
