The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi has given update on the outcome of today’s pre hearing of the petition he filed against president Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
The former governor of Anambra state revealed this on his Twitter handle on Friday, 12th of May 2023.
Peter Obi noted that today’s proceedings went Well, and at the end the case was adjourned until Monday, 5th of June. He also added that he is gratified by the efforts of his legal team.
His tweet read, “As usual, today I attended the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal at the Court of Appeal in Abuja. Today’s proceedings went well and at the end, the case was adjourned until Monday the 5th of June, 2023. I’m continually gratified by the efforts of our legal team.
Furthermore, Peter Obi revealed that straight from the Court’s sitting that he attended the burial of his late friend, Mr Emeka Ofamata in Nnewi as he prayed that the Almighty will call him home.
