A video showing the moment Vice President Kashim Shettima on Saturday offered former president Muhammad Buhari, his seat at a recent event in Maiduguri, Borno State has surfaced on social media.
In the video sighted by Gists9ja, the vice president could be seen visibly nudging the former president to take his seat at the event.
Buhari, who refused to accept despite the pleas from the vice president finally succumbed to the pressure, taking the seat of the vice president.
The former president was seen surrounded by a host of other guests at the event.
